SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing & Shipping Timeframes

All orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Please allow additional time for your order to arrive after it has shipped.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. Tracking updates may take time to appear, depending on the shipping carrier.

Shipping Fees

All U.S. orders are subject to a flat-rate shipping fee, which will be displayed at checkout. Shipping fees are nonrefundable unless otherwise required by law.

Shipping Delays, Lost Packages & Incorrect Addresses

Skar Beauty Co. is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, holidays, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is the carrier’s responsibility. However, if your package is lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier to initiate an investigation. Skar Beauty Co. will provide reasonable assistance when possible but cannot guarantee a replacement or refund for carrier-related issues.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Skar Beauty Co. is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed.
